This would be about a 9 hour trip. The majority of it was through Canada. We stayed in Upstate New York right on the Saint Lawrence River.Here are some pictures of what we did. (Which was not much really...lots of relaxing).
Between Darcy and Sarah, and Sarah's parents, there were 3 Golden Retrievers. Bryce loved on each of them equally!
They returned the favor by helping him clean up after meals.

Dan taking one of his many "river baths". He was proud to say that he never used the shower once. This was a daily (sometimes twice daily) occurrence. I'm sure the neighbors enjoyed watching him scrub down at the end of the dock.
Dogs were always present during bath time trying to help.
It was a little cold, and he was definitely NOT enjoying the ladybug raft. He wanted to be on his own!

Flashback one year (almost to the day). 
We could not get Bryce out of the water. He was fearless! 
All in all, it was a great trip. I could not believe how good Bryce was! He slept better than I've ever experienced. Some nights 12 hours straight, and two 2 hour naps each day! Must be the air up there! We ate lots of good food, and my caloric intake was pretty much inappropriate. The drive was long, but worth it.
