I have to say...somehow knowing that I'm not forced to take a photo a day has made this a little more enjoyable for me this time around. I'm not worrying about whether or not I got a picture every single day. Rather, I am able to just focus on the little things and get pictures when I can. I've been using a lot of cell phone pics too, and I am making myself be ok with that. Here is my week:Ali Edwards Overlays on a photo and added some text. Made a collage with my diptic app of all my favorite wednesday night shows (during the commercials of course!)
Pretty much split the right side into Friday and saturday. Friday we went to the Garden and saw the butterflies.
Cropped some of the butterfly pics and used my circle cutter to trim and mat a few more images. Used some dimensional adhesive to raise them up from the 4x6.
Lastly, I put together a collage of all my instagram pics from @fatmumslim's photo-a-day challenge. I went all digital so I didn't have to cut out and glue all those 2" squares. And it was a leap year...so we are talking 29 days...very labor intensive! I printed them out 8x10, trimmed them down, and adhered them to 8.5x11 black cardstock. Slipped into basic 8.5x11 page protector. Easy peasy! (and I saved my supplies by using the digital elements.)
So there it is. Week 9, in the books! I'm linking up over at the Mom Creative for Project Life Tuesday. Have a good week!
